- 100 g grated coconut
- 70 g tapioca
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 100 g granulated sugar
- Bring the coconut milk to a boil, then add the sugar and grated coconut.
- Add the tapioca and leave to boil on medium heat during 15 minutes.
- Stir now and then.
- Pour in bowls and let it cool.
