Coconut-Tapioca Porridge from Benin

Kokos Tapiocapap uit Benin

Ingredients:

(The ingredients in bold are available in the webshop.)

  • 100 g grated coconut
  • 70 g tapioca
  • 800 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g granulated sugar

Instructions:

  1. Bring the coconut milk to a boil, then add the sugar and grated coconut.
  2. Add the tapioca and leave to boil on medium heat during 15 minutes.
  3. Stir now and then.
  4. Pour in bowls and let it cool.

Children love this dessert!
